The Initial Fitness Assessment is a necessary step prior to personal training and your fitness journey.
The fitness Appraisal consists of two 45 mins sessions. The first 45 minutes is the Assessment portion, which is meant to give us information about your current fitness level:

After the first appointment, I will take all this information about you and create a Customized program tailored to your needs and goals.
The second 45 mins session is going through the results and through the program. By the end of the session, you will receive guidelines, appraisal results, and a personalized fitness program.
